This policy explains what Paritas Partners LLC ("Paritas," "we") collects from visitors to paritaspartners.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the report request form or email us: your name, practice name, work email, phone number if you provide one, practice size, practice management system, and anything you write in the message field. The form is hosted by Tally, our form provider.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Aggregate site analytics. We may use a privacy‑preserving analytics tool that counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you or tracking you across other websites.
What we don't collect
- Patient information of any kind. The request form has no file upload and asks for no patient data.
- Advertising or cross‑site tracking identifiers. We don't run advertising pixels or sell data to anyone, ever.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, send the evaluation agreement and secure upload link, deliver the report you asked for, and follow up about that request. We may also send occasional messages about our services to business contacts who have engaged with us; every such message has a working unsubscribe link and we honor it promptly.
Who else touches it
Service providers who help us operate, each acting on our instructions: our form provider (Tally), our website host and DNS provider (Cloudflare), and our email provider. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop hearing from us. We'll act on it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we apply these choices to everyone regardless.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our care. Our handling of protected health information is described in more detail on the trust and security page.
Children
This website is intended for healthcare practices and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the date above.
