Recoverable figures we provide are conservative estimates presented as ranges, based on stated assumptions and the data supplied to us. Don't send patient information through this site

This website is not a channel for protected health information. Do not submit patient‑identifiable information through any form here or by ordinary email. PHI is accepted only through the secure upload channel we provide after an appropriate agreement is signed. Information you send through this site by other means is not treated as being covered by a HIPAA agreement.
